"Wife said she wanted something different so I started looking for a restaurant in the are we were going to be. Found this place and thought we would give it a try. The atmosphere was charming and inviting. The staff we warm and welcoming as we walked in. Our serve was patient and even offered some suggestions when asked. We each tried something new and different. I had the spicy burrito and my wife has the chicken fajita salad. Both were excellent choices. Mine was not overly spicy but well seasoned and delicious. Lucky for me my wife could not finish all Hera and I helped with the rest. I have never considered a salad like this, but let me say it was amazing. I ate everything and even scraped up all the lettuce just to get the very last bit. The vegetables and chicken were seasoned so well and they had such a pleasing flavor and taste. This place is out from where we normally run, but next time we are in the area we will definitely return. I was so very pleased, and I know you will be too."

"Can't wait to eat here.... Ran into Gordo's booth at the AL State Fair this year... They were serving several different types of tacos. I ordered one pork/onion corn tortilla taco and had them top it with onions and cilantro. It was over the top fantastic... probably one of the freshest and tastiest tacos I've put in my mouth. Can't wait to try other menu items and check out the establishment... Also, I highly recommend you to make it a point to keep your eyes peeled, at public events, for Gordo's vendor booth. Definitely worth stopping by and sampling."

"Where should I start? I don't have much about Peruvian food, but it was pretty good. Beef was very delicate with great taste. The rice was cooked for perfection, was a pleasure to eat with the “green sauce”. The raw onions were a wonderful addition to the beans. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The service was on site. I will recommend this to my colleagues and I will be back to explore the many different menu items."
