"Service was great, food was even better. It took a little time but it was well worth the wait. The food came out hot and everything was flavorful and delicious. The portion sizes are huge so well worth the money. They have reasonably priced kids menu items which is a huge plus for our family. Pictured is the Birria Tacos with cheese."

"Das Restaurant befindet sich in einem Haus mit wechselvoller Geschichte. Ähnlich verhält es sich auch mit der Qualität der Speisen, mal gut, mal weniger gut.Beim letzten Besuch ließ der Zustand des Gastraumes etwas zu wünschen übrig, zumal die Wände schon geraume Zeit keine Farbe mehr gesehen hatten, was einem sauberen Gesamteindruck zuträglich gewesen wäre.( ist sogar meiner 88 jährigen Mutter aufgefallen ). Die Reihenfolge des Servierens wird wohl per Glücksrad in der Küche festgelegt, da Gäste nach uns, zuvor bedient wurden. Auf Nachfrage hieß es, daß unsere Speisen anspruchsvoller wären. Allerdings konnte ich auch expliziedem Hinsehen keinen Unterschied zwischen Pizza und Pizza erkennen. Der Biergarten ist wohl eher ein Genuß, sofern man das Gestöhne vom benachbarten Tennisplatz ignoriert. Subjektiv betrachtet, riecht man im Innenraum schon nach wenigen Minuten wie ein Pizzabäcker nach Doppelschicht, was nicht stören muß. Alles in allem hat das Gebäude eine herrliche Lage am Waldrand, abseits von jeglichen Strassenverkehr und Wohngebäuden"

"We have been going to this restaurant for years, but last night was exceptionally fine. We had spargel soup with a veal dish--some of the very finest German food we have ever had. Very nice house aperitif. Salads with fresh yoghurt based dressing. There were four of us at the table and we all ordered something different. Courses arrived effortlessly and together. The two salmon dishes were good and one of our party ordered a menu with fish in a mustard sauce that was excellent. Very nice rhubarb tart with ice cream to finish--that took a few extra minutes since it was baked after we ordered--nothing is brought in off site. All house made, fresh, and seasonal. This is a very fine restaurant. There is small outdoor seating in the back, and a few accommodations for well behaved children. Prices are moderate for Europe, but the food is exceptionally fine. We were there for 3 hours with lots of time to enjoy the aperitif, consider the menu options, pause a short time between courses. This is not a place to rush. attentive wait staff who spoke some English and was extremely helpful. I suggest calling for reservations. They don't seem to answer email and the restaurant is not overly large. This is just west of Landstuhl in the Kaiserslautern area--you drive through the country and in very fine weather the drive is a wonderful part of the evening."

"This spot used to be my "go to" restaurant for great Italian food for dinner with friends or for family when they visited. Now, I'm sad to say that at best it is very good and at worse it's fair. When the kitchen is "on" the food is a good representation of quality Italian food. Pizza is usually a safe dish, as are the salads. There is plenty of room for large groups and there is a cheerful patio out back. I've lived in the area for going on 10 years and I still eat there hoping it will be a good night for the kitchen."

"We were here for the first time today. The restaurant is cozy and the staff friendly. We chose Burger Of The Week and were not disappointed. The Mexican was a tasteful highlight!! The Rucula salad and the avocados on the burger were ungodly, but mega tasty! The self-made Burger Buns and Pommes also. In addition, the portion was very large. Absolutely not our last time."
