"I stumbled over this restaurant completely randomly and was quite surprised to open a place like this in a small village near the mountains. The formula/philosophy of the restaurant is quite refreshing and definitely healthy. The dishes are almost raw or cooked under 42° when using the oven. I have taken the formula 'Balade dans les sous-bois' with filled vegetables with cauliflower risotto and blueberry / mint sauce on the side. It was excellent, and the Risotto was super tasty and sour thanks to the mint. The dessert, a red berry/cococolos crumb (from nuts) was so good! Also drank a buckthorn juice, which was really nice if of course. Recommend this sweet place!"

"Everything was perfect! From mouthing (offerte) to dessert. We took the entry/plat/dessert menu with cheese instead of dessert. Everything was excellent and wanted (the flavours, the textures the originality of the dishes). The reception and service were irreproachable and the rates are more than suitable for quality. A big thank you to the whole team of La Bolée for this excellent meal after 3 days of bivouac!"
