"This was on the 14th of December 2019. Great service, food was amazing. Schnitzel doesn’t look as appealing but the rest tasted just as good as it looked all with a decent price. Would definitely go again."

"Been coming here for the longest time. They are always full. We are group of 5 adults and 4 children. Our table was booked for 6pm. Tonight wasnt that great, service wise. They didnt have enough cutlery on the table, they only serve us with one water jug and they brought out our nachos and garlic bread with no side plates. The kiddy meal, (mini hot dog) is a no. I recommend the prawns. A restaurant as busy as this should have more staff. It's not wheel chair friendly, you maybe able to get a baby buggy in but it's very tight. Parking is not a problem."

"Lasagna 7/10 It was a lot thinner than I thought it was going to be so a smaller portion compared to their other pastas but overall was nice. Just really plain, basic but good meat sauce with a pretty nice cheese sauce layer but definitely basic. Would hit the spot enough if you were desperate for lasagna but didn't want to make or pay for a proper one "

"It was a rare cold day in Auckland and this restaurant was cold inside despite heating being on full blast (inadequate). Metal seats that may look trendy but were uncomfortable and cold to sit on. Also no bathroom or anywhere to wash your hands, which for an eating place seems strange wrong. To do so you had to walk to the local mall. Food was served in bags to our table, unlike other burgerfuel locations where they serve on trays. On the plus side, thankfully the food quality was fine and served with a smile good level of service. The place was clean and tidy. In summary, it was OK especially if you want takeaways. But given the prices paid, a bit more attention to customer comfort and this would have been 5 stars. Next time I think I'll avoid this particular location but great as a pit stop. With free range meat as standard on the menu its the only burger place we ever visit."
