"Oh, my God! Absolutely delicious!! I'd come here every day if I lived here. Everything was extremely fresh. The service is a little slow because it's so busy. But it is a must to try when you are in town!!!"

"What a wonderful little place wrapped up in the La Fonda hotel. While passing through Santa Fe my wife and I found this little gem amidst all the chaos of souvenir, jewelry and clothing shops. We had a great breakfast of crepes with excellent coffee. All the counters were filled with so many deserts I wanted to try all of them but, was full from breakfast. The staff and whom I would guess owner/manager were wonderfully nice and friendly. The decor takes you to an old place in France. I would recommend to everybody to visit."

"Was looking for a fresh juice in Santa Fe, remembering we loved this place last time we visited Santa Fe, we came in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. It seemed like no one was working, no one came to counter or greeted us. We realized there was a group of young women sitting in the back behind the counter just hanging out talking. Finally a young woman came out, didn’t greet us just stood there staring at us blankly, we tried to order juice and she said ‘we don’t have juice’ in a flat barely audible tone, we asked about shots and she said ‘uhh that’s included with juice’ finally we ordered a smoothie. When she was finished making the smoothie she just plopped it on the counter and walked away. We are ourselves business owners and thought wow if we owned this place we would definitely want to know our employees were so indifferent and unwilling to engage customers which is why I’m leaving the review. The experience was so off putting that we put the other items we planned on buying back and left. It really seemed like they did not want us there and so we were no longer willing to spend any more of our money at this place. Hope it gets better and friendlier."

"OUTSTANDING FOOD SERVICE, and my voice for BEST FOOD TRUCK IN SANTA FE! Chef Ever Paz (former head chef of Santa Fe's historic restaurant El Farol) offers its customers at its bright red El Sabor Spanish Tapas Food Truck on 518 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, at the intersection of Paseo de Peralta (right opposite Kanes neighborhood grocery and capital coffee). Ever and his wife are both from Central America and bring authentic Latin American Spanish cuisine with quality and flair awaits you in a beautiful restaurant. Since my first visit here, over a year ago, El Sabor is my favorite food truck and favorite restaurant as well. Other patrons must agree because El Sabor became one of the top rated Santa Fe food trucks within months of the opening. Always and his wife Anna are gracious hosts. My favorites are their ribeye spits, shrimp tacos, pastrami reuben (deformed) and their chicken tortilla soup-loaded with chicken, tortilla, veggies, and fresh avocado (deformed). "All the dishes were fantastic. The flavors are unique yet traditional. The presentation is satisfying. The service is friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I was impressed by everyone's dishes but I recommend the Ruban taco appetizers and of course the tamales. The drinks were good, but a little pricey"
