(I work in quality assurance) we will be there for the first time, but do not definitiw the last time. we can simply recommend this restaurant. the restaurant does not claim to be a gourmet restaurant, it is simple, clean and eating is good and tasty. it was a beautiful Sunday, many thanks."

"Beim esten mittagessen bestellte ich einen angus-burger. der kam einigermassen zügig. das brötchen ear wirklich gut aber das fleisch dermassen trocken und totgegart dass ich nach 3/4 des burgers aufgeben musste. ich habs dann platziert und die antwort war dann dass der metzger schuld sei. als ob der metzger am herd steht!?!? eindeutig ein kochfehler! das zweite mal bestellte ich ravioli die nicht wie in der karte mit rucola sondern basilikum kamen. geschmacklich ok und man hatte das gefühl dass diese hausgemacht sind. fehlanzeige, dafür über 28.- kassieren!? no coment. nun da ich jedem restaurant 3 chancen gebe gabs heute pouletbrust mit weissweinrisotto. fazit: 45, fünfundvierzig!!! minuten wartezeit! weil 10!!! personen im restaurant waren. als ich dann mal die serviertochter angesprochen habe kam sie dann irgendwas im mund kauend an den tisch und meinte dass der risotto eben frisch gemacht wird. man hat sie kaum verstanden zwischen kauen und reden. ganz schwach und unanständig! die chefin weit weg von kritikfähigkeit. z.b. dass jede 5 stern gastronomie den risotto mit weisswein vorkocht und ihn dann kalt stellt um eben schneller ein risotto zubereiten kann indem man diesen mit bouillon aufkocht und schlozig rührt. fehl am platz! das poulet war saftig, das risotto hatte rohe zwiebeln drin (wie geht das bitteschön?) und hatte eine knoblauchnote. schlozig weit gefehlt, butter und parmesan auch. kein einziges stück gemüse als beilage. die marsalasauce eher ein thymianjus aber nie und nimmer eine marsala sauce. die sauce kam auch erst nachdem der teller halb leer war. unter dem strich ein schönes restaurant aber mit der karte und dem anspruch völlig überfordert! wenn ich indisches rindsfilet für 76.- für 200g angeboten bekomme erwarte ich auch keine billigen papierquadrate und papierservietten auf dem tisch. es tut mir leid aber gastronomie funktioniert so nicht! eine dreimalige riesenenttäuschung. das essen wurde uns dann grosszügigerweise geschenkt. aber so gewinnt man keine gäste. ich werde ihnen das geld komentarlos überweisen, trotzdem danke."
