"Thanks to the local community staff at the leisure centre for providing a motorhome stopover. We greatly appreciated it spent money into the local economy because of it! The cafe across the way over the train tracks offers excellent food a huge breakfast. Personally I would not take my moho up the road opposite the leisure centre (over the train track) to the castle! That road adjoins the steepest street in Europe is probably the second steepest street in Europe!!!"

"A cracking brew, really tasty scones. An inspiring specials board. The plan was to visit again but the change in weather prevented a visit to the beach and a follow on visit to Llew Glas. The staff were very friendly and chatty and great with kids. Very reasonable prices considering the quality of the food."

"Excellent value for money. Very good homemade meals and scrumptious cakes. Sit outside and look at the castle. Lovely Sunday roast lunch. Cooked the way Grandma used to cook."

"A good little caffe on the beach. that was a nice place to sit on a blunt tomorrow. the scones and teecakes were nice and the hot chocolate went well with my daughter. the coffee could be better in my opinion, but still a nice place for refreshments."

"We visited as a family with our dog at the end of September, the pub was very busy but we were accommodated and served quickly. The place had a great atmosphere as there were so many people, it was clean and the decor is great. The food arrived, a burger, chicken pie and beef and Guinness pie, all huge portions and very tasty and obviously freshly cooked. We were very impressed and would highly recommend. We will call in again next time we are in the area."

"Valentine night here was amazing. great service and could not harm the food. I would highly recommend this place. great value for money and a beautiful selection of wines including a wonderful view. they were not disappointed 5*"
