"Awesome food one of the best restaurant I have visited. Yummy sauces my favorite is Chipotle and Jelepeno hot sauce Nice staff happy faces just reduce one star because of Interior, door is on the wrong place if it's busy (usually gets busy) if trying to open door from inside or outside, can't open without interfering customers!!! And the next thing is that ventilation, not working properly or then are not turning on, smoke from the burrito grillers remains in the restaurant itself, so that can create problem in inhale to some customers! And also liked that decoration of red peppers and Jelepeno"

"I just bought burritos from this location. The lady told me everything was fresh. The chips smelled like they were madewith old oil. Tried calling and wasn't able to reach someone.Not a pleasant visitUpdate: emailed the email below a few days ago (almost a week ago) and there was no response. I adjusted my reviews accordingly. What's the point of asking folks to email when you don't respond back?"

"Good food and a pleasant experience. The young lady who took my veggie burrito bowl order today did that with a smile. Very courteous, friendly and good service. She even suggested toppings I wasn’t aware of. Portions were of good size, food was good. Good job mucho burrito."

"The guacamole is vegan, the soy sauce is okay, but I prefer the sweet potato. It's a whole piece of sweet potato that's cooked. This is my lav splurge meal. It's very easy to eat vegan here. The packs are also vegan. The rice is also vegan."

"Ordered two meals here. Both contained ground beef. The meat was gray in color and cinnamon in taste. The meals were not very flavorful at all. The lettuce looked wilted and old. It was noon when we ate there, there was 3 staff members on and NO ONE in line and only 2 of us in the dining area. I will not be going back there anytime soon. If you want Mexican, don't bother going here. Try another chain."

"What a lovely store in need for 1 alway for adding some thing each. Store closed even it says open. Always closes 30 mins early than the timming reporting to the freshburrito head office that this franchinse has no vlaje for people."

"Its barBurrito day 31 days of gracious August 3, 2020 in Woodstock Ontario. We're in line waiting thru off and on rain to get inside the restaurant to buy burritos, 3 tacos and extreme fries. We waited for over an hour. The owner came out...at 5pm to tell people way back on the line that they were closing to maintain integrity of product, cause in other words they were running out. We were next to go inside and thought whew were lucky but your scheduled hours to close is 9pm not 5pm so what the heck!!! We waited and waited and final got to the counter after waiting for an hour to order... we ask for 6 burritos and the young guy making food says, we're out of GROUND BEEF !!!!!!! And nacho cheese...WTF You can't have extreme fries, or tacos or burritos. Scheduled to not close for another 3 hours, and on a 31 days if gracious, they should've been better prepared and had more product and more staff working. What an AWFUL REPRESENTATION of 31 days gracious representation Barburitto. Woodstock location should not be allowed to represent in the next promotion. The wife kept checking with her husband about being done serving customers, she clearly didn't want to serve anymore, because of lineup. Running out of ground beef is like a Burger King running out of whoppers on whopper day, a McDonald's running out of Big Macs on $4.99 special and Taco Bell running out of Ground beef!!! It's the MAIN product of burritos, tacos, etc. RIDICULOUS, INCOMPETENCE, UNPREPARED."
