"Please inform us on the menu about all allergies. The first employee seemed upset, I had an allergy and recommended things without understanding what my allergy was. The second waiter was less upset, so more helpful. I came in May and it was not a good view for the sunset. The grilled octopus was okay, I had much better before. The reason I was for hanging the octopus at the entrance, so I thought it would be good. I don't think they're communicating with the kitchen about my gluten allergy. You have many grilled things so you can probably avoid gluten, but it is very overpriced and I think there are better options. One thing that was amazing was the Greek salad, the best I had so far."

"Fourth time in Santorini and first time in Ammoudi Bay. Can't believe haven't found Red Shark before. We visited the tavern with my family for a late lunch,what a great place. We all got salads and of course a lot of seafood:octopus,calamari,mussels and fried shrimp. Even left some room for desert. Service was quick,friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices are reasonable comparing the one at home-US. Highly recommend won't regret it."

"Had a great dinner on the roof watching the sunset. The restaurant has a sommelier that helped us select a beautiful white wine to match our seafood selections. The Snapper was wonderful. The sea red tuna salad was covered, but the tuna itself was perfect."

"Be aware!! Only a tasting menu was offered at €155 a person for a 3 course meal and much more, almost double for 6 course and 9 course tastings. Many of the entrées offered were for an additional €55-€75 more per person. We were were stunned since open tables showed only a traditional menu. Now we are out $500, after one of the cheapest bottles of wine in the menu and a waiter who insisted we not have anything the same and switched my husbands appetizer. There are many beautiful restaurants that have the same view as Louda, but have an honest menu. Be ready for about 80 steps down too."
Lauda Oia from Santorini is a good place for a bar to a drink after work and be able to sit with friends or alone, and the visitors of the establishment are thrilled with the Greek delicacies.
