The two EOHO signs displayed today don’t mention can apply any offer they like and I support local businesses in choosing to attract custom on a basis that suits them. However EOHO has has been standard in August supported by government and has been repeated on the same basis by many businesses in September. Advertising on this basis gives an expectation to the customer.The adaption of the EOHO discount from to only becomes apparent when the bill arrives that’s if you notice in time.Starters and mains arrived together, which we forgave at the time.We’ve twice been charged for Carbonara when it is on the printed menu and online.Please be more honest with your customers on any promotions and update the price of Carbonara"

"I'd heard much about this over the years and went there for the first time at the end of September 2023. Really shocking service in fact, no service at all really as I had to keep jumping up from the table to order, etc. Food was mediocre at best. I won't list the catalogue of service fails as there were too many to mention. Perhaps the biggest fail was the appalling attitude towards the customer. To top it all, the bill came with service included and I was not asked before the bill was totalled whether *I* wanted to include service. Please don't go there for good food, good service, a tidy place, and welcoming ambience find somewhere else."
