"We went through the drive through just now and it was the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. All we kept hearing was “is that all?” at least 4 times then when my husband had to ask me a question about what to say for the order .. we heard “hellllooooooo” on the intercom. And now our drinks are not right because she was so impatient. The crazy part about it is I think it was a manager that spoke to us that way. I will never be going to this location again after that encounter."
In nice weather you can even eat in the outdoor area, and there is no-charge WiFi.

"Kim has terrible customer service. I had to place an order for pick up online because she doesn't know how to do it over the phone. I placed it and when I arrived she had not even started putting my order together. Then informs me that she can't do my coffee boxes because she doesn't have lids and that I will have to call to be reimbursed because she can't refund me for something she doesn't have... and then tried to tell me my order was complete when there was an item for 3 original glazed missing. When I left and got my coffee elsewhere, and opened the box of 3 original I noticed they were minis, not regular size. I love Krispy Kreme, but I will not patronize this location ever again. By the way, not the first time I was disappointed with this location! But it will be my last."

"I literally love this starbucks. I come ALL the time. They must be having a bad day today though.It was about 5-6 min before someone even took my order when I pulled up to the speaker. nobody even said “sorry about that “ or “thanks for your patience” all I got was “what can I get for you” then waited another 15 in the line when there was literally one car in front of me which as the car at the window.So now I leave with no drink breakfast and I’m super late to work. Thanks starbucks for wasting my time. All I wanted was my pumpkin chai :"

"This morning at approx. 9:30 am I sat in the line, wait for order, I talk to the person my order, she took my order, I then, come in the window, pick my order and ask the young lady for a sleeve for my coffee 's, she rudely reacts with a node then, I ask for a bag to carry my order in the house when I turn home, I got 2 coffees, donuts and wrinkles. Since she turns with an evil look, I ask her that I like a bag without the additude please When she comes back with the bag, she easily opens the window and holds her arm out to give me the bag. If you don't like your job, look for another! I am in customer service and give every customer 110% if I help them! Please, if you like thr public, find another job that suits you! This is the reason for 4 stars and not 5! I usually have great service there, but not today!"
