"My husband and I stopped by for dinner on a weeknight. We were seated right away and noticed a gentleman was sitting up to play music. It was a nice touch and I appreciated it wasn't too loud, letting us talk comfortably during dinner.While the mild is a bit bland I loved the hot salsa. We also got a queso and it was plenty for us throughout dinner, plus a take home container.I decided to order off the ala carte menu: 3 soft tacos with grilled chicken. They were topped with lettuce and cheese. Delicious! I'm coming back here for this meal again. We also received friendly service from multiple employees. They were so sincere ensuring we were enjoying ourselves. Private parking lot. Small patio available and plenty of indoor seating."

"Unfortunately it was terrible, really dirty. The floors were gross and sticky, the bathroom was so dirty I turned around and didn't even go in. The ladies working seemed confused and annoyed when we pointed out the cup she gave us was dirty.. we had totell her we wanted a clean one. Then when we went to sit down every table had other peoples food left behind. There was not oneclean table, so we requested a rag, to clean one ourselves. We got sighs and eye rolls, one of them got a spray bottle and rag,she wiped a table for us but it still wasn't clean (see pic) and went back to serving food. For the 2 of us to get meals chipsand queso and drinks we spent close to $40 on lunch, the food was ok but not great some of the lettuce was pink. If I wasn't ona lunch break with a limited amount of time I would have gone somewhere else. I will unfortunately not be going back, I used tolove Qdoba."

"Service was beyond horrible. Especially with the employee by the name of Spade. I sat in the long drive thru for at least 10 minutes. Finally get to the speaker it's not working. So of course I pulled up to the window and proceeded to give the cashier my order and he tells me I can't add on at the window. I never had the chance to place my order in the first place. I'm like ok but your speaker isn't working and he acknowledged it wasn't . He then proceeded to tell me I have to pull back around in the drive to have my order taken now that the speaker is working . Definitely unacceptable . I will be calling and reporting this to someone higher up . No way to treat a customer because your speaker wasn't working and I'm just supposed to be some kind of mind reader and the fact that you had the nerve to tell me I had to pull back around in the drive thru was bogus and absurd.After I waited in line like everyone else did. Poor customer service"
