"I always think here for lunch, but order strictly online. I check the waiting time or estimated pickup and it is usually up if not a few minutes before. I just had a problem here. They didn't confirm my order about 45 minutes later I called. My order was accidentally missed. The girl said they were really busy. They were able to prepare my order quite quickly and called me back when it was finished. The city is really busy in the summer. I've seen more employees working here lately, which hopefully improve waiting times."
