"Went to San Pablo Casino after leaving we were looking for place to eat Sushi nearby. Luckily found one right across the street. Best place to eat sushi, miso soup, etc. Will definitely be back, prices were reasonable, and friendly customer service."

"Well, this is probably my second time to write an evaluation about a restaurant. the other time, it was a positive review with nothing but praise. Unfortunately, this one is the opposite. I have nothing good to say about go sushi restaurant in pinole. it's my birthday and he didn't want to eat because it's 100 degrees out now. So I ordered and picked up his favorites. he ordered a lion king role and a dynamit role he claimed it was okay, but I think he was just hungry. the Caio roll lacked green tweepers and tobiko and if it were there, I would probably hide it somewhere in the rice. but the worst was the Omg role. how appropriate they would call it with this name because omg was the one catastrophe. it was with salmon and thunfish, that was muddy and then it was masked with spicy mayo. I'm disappointed because I paid a lot for a disappointing meal. I can't recommend this place."

"We went because of the good reviews on the web, but my girlfriend and I both agreed that the sushi was pretty mediocre. We ordered the garlic edamame and 3 of the more expensive rolls. Also, It felt under staffed as one person was trying to seat people, take orders, deliver orders to tables, bus the dirty tables, and work the register all at the same time."

"So my friend and I went here for her birthday lunch. She usually recommends really good places so I wasn't worried...however.... First off I went to pay $36) and the very rude woman at the counter insisted I pay cash, so I dig in my purse to see if I even have cash and I had only 20 one dollar bills. I then told her I don't have enough but she insisted I pay cash and the rest on my card which took forever to process) anyways I just thought it was weird and rude. The sushi was good but it was different than the description of what we ordered. We ordered 2 crunchy eel, and while it was good and it did have shrimp on the top it was not tempura shrimp so our Crunchy Eel sushi wasn't even crunchy. And it was $12 a roll. We also ordered 2 Thai iced teas , but when we tasted it , it tasted like the milk was outdated so they offered us a Snapple instead for the same price ...at this point we were like whatever so she brought us 2 diet peach Snapple's. I don't usually leave negative reviews but we were really disappointed and might I add , still hungry, when we left. We only went here because the place we wanted to go was closed sundays ."
