"Hostel je, very uncomfortable beds, small crowded rooms, very hot inside. is there an aircon? also few insects float around. I had a problem with the nightstand visitor. I came after dinner and asked to extend one night. he told me he was too busy and couldn't help me and insisted that I have to do it the next morning. this employee was very rude and unpolitic, not in a position to work with the public or in a team. not happy that he did not say to a hospitable, he complained to me that the blonde dame who works on the afternoon has made several mistakes, so he could not help and asked me (a hospitable) to complain to the manager about her (a coworker). I was shocked. after that I was overloaded one night. the manager who couldn't finish a full set in English knew the next morning that I didn't stay and promissed a refund. it never happened. After 5 days I called the hostel, sent several emails, but no answer. I heard from others that it is common that they keep their deposit, be careful. it is a very expensive hostel with bad personal and dodgy practices!"
