"We met friends in benissa on the way to the airport and chose this cafe/restaurant purely on the basis that it looked so clean and welcoming. the owner does not speak English and our Spanish was a little limited, but we managed to communicate very easily. it started with a beer as they do on a midday time, then our friends turned and we went for the main menu in the opposite to the menu of the day. I chose an salat and instead of smoked salmon, I asked if I could change it for serrano sink. that was not a problem, and I have to say so delicious. the other broke after a cheese and ham sandwich, salmon and tomatensalat and a pizza. that was so nice to eat, the manager was beautiful despite the language barrier and the whole experience was a joy. the restaurant is directly on the main street so that they can easily miss it, but if they get the chance to go his literally from the main road through benissa, so park them up and go inside for a bite to eat. it was extremely clean with a bright and airy feeling. thanks for the nice eating and interesting talks"
