"川越に行くと寄りたくなる程ここのナポリタンが好きでした。先日少し久しぶりに寄りナポリタンを注文。出てきた物にビックリ。あの美味しかったナポリタンがただの焼きそばのように焦げ、味もトマトはどこ？ソース味がするけど？そして濃い！玉ねぎやピーマンも焼きすぎて只の糸のようにヒョロヒョロ。パスタも硬い。盛り付けもお店で出すような代物ではナシ……。一緒に行った母もビックリしてました。もうもうホント～～～にガッカリの一言です。店員が総代わりしてたのが原因なのか、そうだとしてもチェーン店として有り得ないと思います。煙草の臭いが苦手でも行くくらい好きな味だったのに…もう行きません。"
