"I went along the finnieston road, came from this attractive looking caffe that tried to have a quick bite and a caffeine fix. such a sweet place with a beautiful ambiente. had a cappuccino that was amusing to me. the chicken roller was also decent, although I would have wished a softer bun. healthy and fresh salad. there is this idea to make our coffee on our own table, but for that I am not a taker. overall a cute experience."

"The food was absolutely INSANE!! They said the normal chef wasn’t in today but i honestly couldn’t tell, whoever cooked that food today definitely should be working in the kitchen! The prices were also very reasonable. The manager was very welcoming Would come here again in a heartbeat if i was more local to here!!"

"A sweet little vegan restaurant and bar tucked away inside the CCA. I went to a Yelp newbies night and we were in the 'back bar '. Had lashings of wine, plenty of laughs and some vegan loveliness. We shared the mezze platter which came with a bread basket and included humous, baba ganoush, califlower, stuffed leeks, a rocket salad and more. People couldn 't be more wrong if they thought vegan food wasn 't tasty. This platter was absolutely delicious! My vegan friend has spoken about Saramago multiple times in the past I can now see why! I really enjoyed the bread (strange focal point I know) it was beautifully fluffy and was the perfect accompaniment for the different bits and bobs on the platter. Definitely worth a visit!"
The place also offers the possibility to sit outside and have something in nice weather.

"I'm here, really good food! both had to start bruscheta. Nice. only negatiw for me were the discs of the raw garlic in it. we both had it. we had huh and stornoway blackpudding on kartoffelmash and berry jus that was fantastic and penne arabbiata was great. we ordered garlic bread that was massive! Maybe next time order half a part. great food, service and wine. hidden gem and will be back!"
