"Olivia Receptionist Poor Service!Contacted them spoke to Olivia.Booked £800 for one night room meal for myself wife. Olivia tried to upsell suite for an additional £849 per night, which we declined.Given dates by Oliva chose Tues 23rd Aug 22. She was meant to come back to me, but did not.Called several times left message no response.Called the next day spoke to Olivia she says no more availability for 6 weeks.Olivia somewhat blaise about it failed to offer suitable solution for us....wow!"

"I went to a friend's birthday tea party yesterday the views are gorgeous, the building very elegant. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful time we had 3 teas between 8 and there was plenty to go round. I would highly recommend coming here."

"We have selected both main dishes from the main fish menu to get the best from this restaurant, we recommend so option, and can not praise the dishes enough, the taste of the black pudding mash and laeks with the scallops was simply fantastic. I had trio of fish including john dory, lemon sole and browned, it was just delicious, we always order new Zealand savignonne blanc, shame it is so oyster bay and £ 28,50 a bottle, but that is restaurants and we had a bottle instead of two. the chocolate and basileys mouse was lovely, but too rich for me, my partner loved it together with us all singing him happy birthday. a visit worth a visit for a start. aromen are from this world. one last thing, I felt that the brot served (possible roggenbrot) with the butter was very dry, I had seen on earlier reviews it is usually homemade sourdough, which was a scandal, visit the chronicle, ricardo emma are beautiful host"
