"So disappointed. Had a lovely walk around the grounds and gardens, decided to stop for a hot chocolate on the way back. Bought 2 hot chocolates and 2 kitkats. Just under £10. Not one member of staff seemed to smile, felt like they were there to tick a box. Hot chocolates were both cold. Cups handled around the top when I asked for replacements and generally shocking, don't really care, attitude. For a treat, it felt disappointing."
