"None delivery for 2.5hrs so I called up. They had misplaced our order but found on computer and said We be there 20 mins . 30 mins later food arrived cold and wrong items. Foodhub policy says call the takeaway for wrong delivery refund so i did. Rude man on phone says acknowledges sent wrong item but will not give refund... you get from foodhub I send right food.. No I said That 's going to be over 4hrs now... I want refund for items I 've ordered and you have not delivered . Guy shouts NO!.. From foodhub and puts phone down. So no refund or way to raise complaint on FOODHUB. (robotic chat function loops back to contact takeaway direct . Shop never did bring the correct food and refuses to discuss refund. I Will not be coming back here I am afraid. Future customers should be prepared for cold food and wrong orders without refund."
