"The view over the bay and the grounds were lovely. There were some mosquitos at the lawn restaurant, but it was manageable. I was tired of having fish and pork so I opted for the vegetarian meatballs which were a bit bland. The bascati with peas and bacon in a cream sauce was pretty good. The Americano and the cannoli were also descent. It was compartivey a bit expensive at for dinner. It’s a more romantic setting then the sister hotel that I was staying at and it was nice to see couples happily dining together on vacation."

"Ambra was super knowledgeable about the history of Cefalu and local legends, you could tell she was really passionate about the town and it 's not hard to see why. The tour was really interesting and fun and she was very easy to chat to. She explained the contents and history of each dish and there was so much food to be had! All absolutely delicious, and the whole experience was great value for money. I really recommend to any travellers looking to try authentic accidentally vegan Sicilian street food."

"When I came there, I asked if they served vegan options. I asked in English and added “vegano” which is in Italian. the waiter told me they didn't. I would normally go without asking more, but there are 3 places in cefalu portion vegan options, one already booked, I decided to ask another waiter who said they do vegan food! Vegan foods are marked on the menu, but be careful, there are mistakes, e.g. spagetti with Ricotta cheese I asked if it's vegan cheese and they said no, that's a mistake on the menu ... I ordered soagetti with pistachios (not vegan on the menu, but they said they could veganize it). it was ok, nothing but that, a little dirty, I would expect more from 16€ court"
