"Infelizmente foi a primeira e última, que vou na franquia Nana B. Isso ocorre pois os preços é incompatível com o que é servido. O sabor do lanche é totalmente sem graça, é bonito mas não tem sabor, o combo não vem uma quantidade legal de batata, sendo tudo jogado dentro da cestinha. Ele é muito diferente do Nana Hamburgueria, onde os lanches tem sabor e um gosto fenomenal, não importa quantas vezes você ir lá, sempre sairá muito satisfeito e surpreendido. E com relação aos preços as duas lojas tem valores iguais, sendo o Nana B com um hambúrguer de 100g e o Nana Hamburgueria com mais de 160g. O cardápio deveria ser mais honesto e mostrar essa informação, pois sem sombra de dúvidas eu me deslocaria dali para o verdadeiro NANA. Espero que leiam esse post e melhorem a franquia."

"Achei péssimo, pois fui pedir um suco NATURAL e o rapaz me afirmou ser um suco natural de laranja e quando me serviram provei e vi que era aqueles sucos comprados de garrafa em litro.. questionei o mesmo que me confirmou e respondeu é misturado com suco engarrafado e natural ou seja.. me vendeu gato por lebre... Então me ofereceu um que alegava ser realmente natural e veio um suco super AGUADO... lamentável um lugar ser tão caro e servindo produtos péssimos.... Depois de eu tentar ser simpática e ter pedido o outro suco natural e aguado e TER PAGO por ele o rapaz que me atendeu nem fez a gentileza de me perguntar se ao menos o suco estava bom... Péssimo em atendimento ao cliente."
