"The porch fans were blowing full force, and we were cold. Our reserved table was ready with fresh flowers. Service was very friendly and very good. The catfish was awful! Sorry, but one small piece of hard crusty fish, was just not enough. Cold slaw was given as a side and customer never eats, cold slaw! Nothing else. The bread and butter was good. It was hard to believe, nothing else came with the fish."

"We were in the Finger Lakes region for a weekend and decided to stay at the Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls. Everything about the hotel was outstanding. Spacious clean suite, very comfortable bed, great location with a short walk to restaurants and bars. A few minutes drive from several wineries. A continental breakfast each morning was included. I really can’t think of anything negative to report and I am sure we will return someday."
