My group participated in a week cooking class and tour of food related venues in the Loire Valley. At times I found it exhausting, but realized that was just my age, the younger members of our group were doing just fine. My family is enjoying the benefits of their excellent instructions. Especially the soufflés!!Best to show up for this experience rested and ready to work, however the work made the wine time even more appreciated. We all felt we deserved our diplomas and aprons! I will be talking about this experience and what I learned for years to come."
