"Great sushi, but a lower rating because their order system could be better. You do not have an online order option and only ring 1 phone line. So if it's a more busy time to order, it's almost impossible to get a ring line instead of a busy tone. It would be much better for both sides if they had online ordering"

"Had dinner here years ago and it was subpar HOWEVER gave it another chance yesterday (got the lunch special) and the sushi/sashimi was so fresh. The side salad was with mixed greens and the miso soup had a smoky side to it which was amazing. I might order it again for lunch... just to test my review... its not indulgent, its for science"

"This is a wonderful sushi spot! The customer service is amazing and the food is great! I ordered takeout and got the Hana special because I thought it was something I saw on Yelp pictures. It was something I didn't expect and wasn't interested in. I explained the situation and the woman working was so kind. They made me the roll I wanted after showing her the picture on Yelp. They also threw in the most delicious hand roll. I will definitely be back! I love the Macadamia Roll, Madera Roll, and the Orange Roll!"

"DISAPPOINTED: 1 I asked for HOT TEA and told the guy twice HOT and when he brought me the tea it was barely warm 2 He never bothered to ask if we needed more soy sauce since we had an empty bottle(see picture). I had to get up and get one by myself from another table 3 Garlic Edamame ???? it was barely warm. Not even fresh 4 Sushi...omg it looked like the chef just put it together with anger or NO PASSION. Look at that plate.. Seriously? It was breaking in pieces and I couldn't even eat it. The rice felt like GUM and NO fresh First and last time"
