"I write this review because I live chipotle and hope management can help the situation my family and I were today. 20 minutes before us. We wait 30 minutes to date on a table. we had to clean our own table before we sat down with serviettes. utensil and serviette dispensers are empty. müll is superfluous. the floor is covered with food. chipotle is great and I hope our next visit is on the Chipotle standard we know and love"

"I was really surprised by the food of the service this time. I saw that the line was out of the door and went inside. We, where it was back a few years, the food and the service sucked openly. That was our reason not to come back. In the future, I will return safely for the great food service."

"I was curious about chipotles’ long published Vegan Bowl, mind you, not the vegetarian bowl as I have been vegan since 1970. I observed franchises closer and closer to me, first a lottery and glastonbury, followed by middletown, and then lastly groton. so it was now time to donate my body of science and to taste the vegan bowl with brown rice. (the brown rice option was what won me over, as I white rice, the same as I white flour and white sugar shy. chipotles proprietary “Sofritas” of the Vegan Bowl are crushed pieces of tofu, nothing like crispy mock meat, industrialized non-food that make a hohn of veganism, and that I also avoid. as a big eater I ordered two bowls. my first bowl was in order, the brown rice was dry and hard and somewhat underboiled, but still edible, and everything else was otherwise pleasant. I especially appreciated that nothing was too sharp, not even the two salsas. but the second so-called vegan bowl held a shocking surprise. a single narrow, but almost two inches long steak piece. Yes, steak. the steak is not wrong. I can understand that cross-contamination could occur when the server uses the same pan for the distribution of a keto bead or a high protein bead as for pouring out a Vegan bead. that would be a measure for intamination or apathy of the server. but the steak was much too big to stick to the bottom of the pan and too long to remain unaware on the pan. I hesitate to hurl unjust accusations, but I must admit that I suspect that the cook deliberately slipped this piece of meat into my second Vegan dish and there is no statement, what else animal origins would have been in a less visible form. we vegan and vegetarian must always be vigilant when they eat. even if my accusation about the intentional addition of steak is unfounded, this incident reminds me of always prefering veg-restaurants about which only veg-friendly. for the latter all their products with the label vegan should add the advice: produced in a plant that processes animal body parts. can contain meat. I must stress that my experience is the call of only the socket in groton, not of chipotle in general, and not of this socket in some. I could still try a vegan bowl in some or in glastonbury, but never again in groton. in the meantime, they should be vigilant for cross-contamination of meat in the vegan bowl."
