"Had reservations for 2 for 630 and we got no table until 730. We ordered immediately and did not get food for another hour. Food was good and you can't beat the view when you sit outside. Unfortunately, it seems that the problems with service and management are the same we experienced when it was Bayside. The tables were left inside with dirty food for 30 minutes. Others waiting for it also had reservations and had to wait long for their table. If you do not want to make reservations that are good, but if you will offer it, then you need to do a better job of planning to have tables opened at the right time. When we come back, it will be daytime or not peak times."

"The chicken teriyaki is AMAZING. Honestly, the best I have ever had in my entire life. The sauce mixed with the rice is also delicious. Love the salad, so I always get double salad instead of the noodles for the side. Highly recommend!! Also run by a lovely family. Unfortunately, not in the area anymore, but I still think about this place. I’m coming back when I’m back in Michigan!!"

"We (8 persons) arrived to the restaurant on Saturday at 6:30 pm, and were told to go away as they can only serve groups of 6 or less... because they are short on servers. Manager refused to seat 2 separate tables of 4 persons. Restaurant is more than half empty. We are now at BWW. Much better."
