"The Grotto Ceneri ist's on the top of the little Mount Ceneri (between Bellinzona and Lugano). Is better you reech it by car.The place is fantastic, if it's nice weather you will have a beautiful view of the forest (where the kids could play!).In the restaurant the ambiente is fashion and very stylish!The food is excellent, they haven't a big menu card, but that's the secret of good cooking!The personal is very competent and nice! Very lovely persons!I love this place!!"

I understand that she belongs to the trade ... years of work in Rome have made her a black belt in carbonara, amatriciana and cacio e pepe ... if I knew beforehand, perhaps I tasted them! They have recently converted the menu by exclusively offering tasting menus with the possibility of choosing between 3, 5 or 7 courses and the possibility of tasting wines with each dish. All solutions make you leave the place full and satisfied. Fantastic quality of food and as I always say: magic happens here, because if you find yourself in front of a dish that you don't appreciate in real life, it will be spectacular here."

"Family-run, I have been frequenting it for decades since I was a child, ice cream, drinks, and various rustic lunches and dinners also for events such as first communion. Beautiful summer evenings and nights (almost every evening) cooling off up here and chatting and spending time with the owners and other family members and friends. Truly beautiful rooms, a return to other times. Hosts occasional events such as tombolas in the fairytale garden with stream bowling green and beautiful plants, ideal play space for children with swings too. Possibility of buying some products in the shop at the back, rustic products and also homemade grotto leoni (such as honey) cutting of cold cuts. Familiar and relaxing landscape with the sound of waterfalls. Regular customers have known each other for a lifetime. It is also part of those important timeless childhood memories and has never (fortunately) changed. Thanks Lilli and Luisa"
