"Pushy staff. When we arrived on Friday night at they asked if we had reservations, which we did not. And they said they would try to seat us although most of the restaurant was empty. This made us feel awkward and unwelcome from the off we should have left! The waiters all tried to make me and my mum buy extra rounds of drinks, (and said why not have champagne because it's Friday even though we don't drink and olives, starters etc. when we said we were too full for dessert they offered us mini desserts, then hot drinks, then just any drinks. We had to decline or more different up-selling techniques that the new staff had clearly been trained to do. It was rude. When my mum said she was unable to eat garlic, the waiter said I've never heard of anyone being allergic to garlic before More awkward blunt conversation from the waiter. When we declined out extra desserts the waiting staff clearly realised they'd make no more money from us, so that was it. We had to request the bill after waiting while we sipped on our drinks. Then further waiting until we gave up, put on our coats and headed for the bar to pay. people stood behind the bar did not come over to be attentive (like previously in a pushy way) so we had to ask to pay.<br/>Food was quick and good but we felt awkward not paying the extra we would've spent if we had said yes to all the extras that were pushed onto us."
