"My experience under new ownership. Food was good when cooked (fries were not fully cooked my last visit . Portion size changed all 3 times in my 3 visits each time dropping a box size for the same meal. Pricing is fair compared to other fast food options. Service was ok (not nearly as good as the old owner Mike, but his energy is hard to match! . Overall the inconsistency makes it 3 stars."

"This was our first visit to Klaesis Bakery. We discovered that they served lunch and thought we would give it a try. They have a small eating area that acccomodates about 20 people. A few were dining in and some were coming in from local...businesses to pick up lunch to go. I ordered a turkey sandwich and Italian Wedding soup. It was the best Italian wedding soup I have ever eaten. The prices were about average and the quality of food was excellent. Definitely recommended for lunch and you may want to pick up a treat from the bakery for home."

"I would like to give everyone the advantage of doubt. But considering that I traveled to other continents (quebec doesn't count haha) to bask in the glory that the Crepe is, I wouldn't be an honest person when I said that the experience was here... everything just after the subpar. Not best. Because the presence of FOH Donnes is anything but hospitable. the feature speciality is a pancake that forgets French. Love and passion in the design menu is absent. 2 stars for the threshing I tasted real truffles."

"This was the worst poutine I have ever had. The fries looked like a pale yellow.. were they even cooked?! U could also tell they were not fresh. Another red flag they asked if I want shredded or curd.. I came for a poutine, what kind of Canadian fry stand are you to ask a question like that. Not like there were many curds anyways! The gravy is sticky heavy like it’s burnt. It does not cover the fries or melt the curds. I also added bacon to the poutine and it was just crumble that u get from the store in a pouch. I’ve ate all the poutines in the area. This is the worst. PJ or Rys is better for a poutine."
