"This place is so good. Just one of the best places in the mall. The only disclaimer is parts can vary. One day you may have plenty of each protein another day a very normal amount. Regardless, the food is super good, just not to get used to a ton of chicken or shrimp every time."

"The black pepper tuna roll was OK at best. However, the spicy salmon roll was absolutely disgusting. It was soggy and had no flavor. I tried to drown it in wasabi (which was rubbery) and that didn't even help. I had to toss it out. This was my second time I've ordered from this place and lesson learned. Never again."

"Sushi cravings took us there. Just needed to get out instead of ordering in. They have all you can eat sushi which we chose. Fresh, made to order. Miso soup was great. Fast service, they give you 2 hours to eat but we were in and out within an hour."

"Grab-and-go sushi and rice bowl spot near Gate B26. This terminal seems to have a lot of unhealthy food places like Dunkin' Donuts, Shake Shack, and Buffalo Wild Wings. I didn't really like any of the eateries here, but this one felt like the least worst option. Bento Sushi is a large sushi chain. They mostly open locations in airports, universities, and grocery stores. Prices are on the higher side which was expected, but it wasn't outrageous. Besides bowls and rolls, you can also purchase a few side dishes like inari and seaweed salad. Everything is already packaged and displayed in the open air refrigerator, so you simply choose whatever you want and then pay at the register. To their credit, they do make a conscious effort to prepare, hand roll, and slice their sushi on-site. It is pre-made, but it's made in their kitchen during the morning hours, not shipped in already made from an off-site facility. I tried the Atlantic Salmon Samurai Combo, which was Salmon Nigiri and Salmon Avocado rolls. Sodium and sugar levels were much lower compared to the Salmon Avocado roll I get at Whole Foods. The fish had a nice orange color and there was no browning on the avocado, which was a relief. Only the rice tasted like it was made a couple hours ago, like it lost its moisture. Overall it was pretty on par with the sushi you'd get at a Japanese supermarket, but at restaurant-level prices. Not really something I'd get if this was outside the airport, but it was the best available at that moment."
