"So first it automatically gets at least 2 stars for being open till midnight (my visit was at 10pm). We sat on the edge of the open kitchen as there is only one table in this half laundromat store, half take out Halal Authentic Turkish Takeout one man show. A friendly soft spoken man cooks, serves, takes orders, and seems to be keen on making everything from scratch. The whole operation seems like a passion project more than a restaurant. Now the prices are a bit expensive for paper plates and plastic forks. They fit more a standard sitdown quick bite restaurant. But the food is flavorful, made with love, and cooked with care. Clearly the ingredients are high quality. So I see little reason to remove a star for price and ambiance when I am eating delicious high quality kabobs at 10pm in a city who is struggling to keep places open after 8."

"My family and I have been a loyal customer for years. we always order the child meal at the weekend, as my child loves her lamb and bark meat. when I ordered the children this afternoon, the cashier told me that my child must be present. I was a little surprised when I was never asked to be with me when I ordered. I then asked the cassian I never asked every time to explain and when they started implementing policy. the cassian said they had to always ask.? interesting. I was never asked what completely contradicts what the cash said. then he said rudely if I would like to speak to the manager. I refused because it has no sense to talk to the manager. All he'll say is politics. I then went back to my car and got my child only to order the child's meal. after this incident, I am not sure whether I will apply this place. rude customer service, and questionable and unconsistent store policy. I also wanted to maintain this location for the annual engineering conference of my company. looks like I'm looking elsewhere."

"Visited this place for a quick takeout. Ordering is fairly quick and simple. However, it takes 15-20 minutes for a quick fast food restaurant. Ordered the falafel wrap which was very ok. Lacked sauce and flavor. Plenty of seating space but the restaurant is under-staffed and is a bit slow."
