Unfortunately Jerez is in the middle of its love affair with the genre of Asian Fusion Restaurants. (Throwing soy sauce or ginger in a dish doesn't make it clever, or good! Temperatures and textures were also off. It all just comes across as a superficial understanding of Korean or Japanese or Thai or Chinese or all these other cuisines from which they borrow flavors and blend messily together."
