"Ordered Hot apple strudel but the pastry inside was 100% raw and outside covered with cinnamon to make it look Brown Backed when I mentioned it to the waitress the response was .... she asked the other guests at the table well did you like the strudel ? and no other response. that was really a one-off visit never again ... there was no other response or even an answer on my reclamation .. bad for a gastronomic restaurant that doesn 't follow up reclamations from the customers."

"Das Klinkenberg’s am Markt in Erkelenz ist einer der Anlaufpunkte um mal eine Pause einzulegen und ein Eis oder einen Espresso zu nehmen. Die Karte ist klein, dafür allerdings auch die Preise. Espresso für 1,70 Euro ist eher günstig, eine Kugel Eis für 85 Cent allerdings zu teuer wenn man die Qualität des Speiseeises bedenkt. Hier ist nichts von dem hervorragendem Geschmack des hausgemachten Eis anderer Eissalons zu schmecken. Hier wird das Eis wohl fertig als Industrieware zugekauft. Draußen sitzt man auf den Metallstühlen in der Sonne, drinnen im Durchgangsschlauch zur Toilette. Was soll’s, der Salon ist dennoch immer gut besucht."
