"We have sushi on a more than regular basis and not only in our home country but ove the years almost on any continent. However, we never had sushi with salmon and cheese. In Akemi it looks that cheese is a substitute for lacking available fresh fish. we have never seen this before.Beside the cheese issue was the service not able to run a full restaurant. While people were waiting to get a table (Why, also tourists for their one time visit?) were we waiting to pay the bill and get out. How efficient. Not that the waiters did not work hard, it is just not 'their thing'.Was all bad? No; the tempura itself was very good. It was a pity that the original dipping sauce was nowhere to be found."
