"Waited for a half an hour for my order that , I have placed online and set up a time to pick it up .bad customer service . if you want a side of wait all day and attitude to go along with your food . then go to this chipotle . if I was the manager I would at least apologize to everyone for the long wait and gave them a small free fountain drink for their inconvenience . We understand that most places are running on short-staffed . but don’t mistreat us when we come there . because we are the reason why your restaurant is still up and running . Good customer service always offers apology. I did not receive that at this location .all I received was bad service and telling me how shortstaffed they was ,and a couple of times I was totally ignored. Poor customer service I give them a zero."

"Dear employee that made my customized quesadilla this evening; I wish all the best for you always and forever. My order was the chicken quesadilla minus the Chipotle sauce (do people actually like that , add refried beans, sour cream and guacamole....once I got it home I air fried it until the outside was crispy and the cheese melted into a river of love between the ingredients then dabbed each bite with fire sauce. Whoever made it actually filled the entire quesadilla with filling; and they kind of pressed it so it was sealed at the outer edges. There was love put into my food and it was perfect. Thank you whoever you are; I really hope you get my order again because this has become my new food obsession. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
