"I'm in town for three days and was lucky to find this place on the first day. I have now eaten various things there 3 nights in a row, and my biggest regret is that I live too far away to come back regularly. The menu is large and varied, everything I ordered was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. Very recommended!!"

"I happened to spot A Lot of Thai as I was passing through Merrimack and decided to check it out. I have lived in Thailand for four years and fallen in love with with cuisine. Looking at the menu I saw many Asian inspired dishes which were not necessarily Thai. I did however find Miang Kham, one of my favorite dishes. Miang Kham are basically leaf cups which are filled with tiny bits of hot, sour, salty, sweet goodness along with a dipping sauce. In Thailand you create your own leaf cup from bowls of peanuts, coconut, ginger, lime, chili's, and more. I was curious to see how A Lot of Thai would present this dish. Needless to say, I was not disappointed! Each bite left my mouth wanting more. If you are in Merrimack, New Hampshire and are looking for a quick bite, try the Miang Kham... it's well worth it."
