"New lesson learned: always refer to reviews even at airports since it was practically already written here, in black and white, that the staff left something to be desired. To her colleague who kindly pointed out that the cappuccino for the customer had to be made large and not small, she replied: If not, I 'll give it to you with the receipt, I 'll give it to you which translated into Italian means: if they don 't give me the receipt, they 'll make do. (this is the light version but the original sentence is so vulgar that Google censors it). Furthermore, it should be noted (even if obviously it would not be necessary) that the customer who in the end left with a product that cost less than what he actually paid at the checkout was not even Italian and presenting the receipt made at the checkout at the counter is a something I have only seen done in Italy of the 42 countries visited so far. "The food quality was nice, we have what was served with baked, cake, coffee etc. The prices to be expected are depending on most airports and include a sign up to no alternative, unfortunately the waitress that served us, although...prompt a little impatient and short. we appreciate that it was early in the morning and there is a mix of speeches that are spoken, but there is no need to talk to other workers when we take our order."
