"I’ve always avoided Sushi, I’ve never really got on with it, it really isn’t my type of cuisine. Nonetheless I booked a table for me and the missus at Hondo Sushi. It still isn’t my type of food but the wife loved it. I have to say though, it was inexpensive and well presented and the staff were very helpful. It must be a good restaurant as it was packed with Japanese, always a good sign. If you like good Sushi (which I don’t) then I’m sure this is the place for you. Booking in advance is recommended."

"Poor selection of food/drinks and extremely rude staff. I was kicked out of the otherwise empty seating area as soon as I'd finished my food. When i didn't move quickly enough, the staff member picked up my bags and walked them halfway down the platform....Insane."

"Didn't cost anything. I have read several critikens on other pages that sing the lobe of yo sushi. with so many glowing remarks it was difficult to resist so that I could go into the “all they can eat” with great hope (before my review I will offer that maybe it was just an off-night for yo bath but I think that could possibly be the worst sushi I have ever eaten. I don't see what this is about. the rice was dry, hard, chewing and often crispy, suggesting that it was not properly cooked. so was also the fish I would rather not speculate before the answer the sweet and fruits were good; but I (personally) do not go to eat sushi for...more"

"We went here for the first time on Friday evening. We went for the £80 Robun tasting menu as suggested by our outstanding waiter Nathaniel. Everything was amazing but we strongly recommend the Wagyu Steak, the Black Cod, the Wagyu Carpaccio and as dessert the Chocolate Truffle. Overall it has been an amazing experience thanks to the high quality food and to our knowledgeable and friendly waiter Nathaniel. Thank you again and see you soon!"
