"Simply superb customer service! Visiting from out of town and when googling a pizza place, we wanted to try something that wasn’t from a chain and something more local. The guy on the phone was super helpful and friendly. Totally didn’t make me feel like an idiot for asking a bazillion questions. Pizza was delivered during the estimated time which of course was a little bit longer than those chain places but that’s what happens when you order fresh to made. When the pizza did finally arrive...whoa! NOT disappointed at all! So freaking delicious! Y’all need to try it!"

"I didn't know it was a take and bake pizza...very disappointed in my very undercooked pizzas . On top of that, I ordered pan pizzas and they were all hand tossed instead. Major fail domino's. This is after giving them another couple of chances afterwaiting over 4 hours for my pizzas one of the last times I ordered delivery from this store."

"My pizza arrived cold. 50 minutes later! If I wanted a cold pizza, I could’ve gone to a store and gotten a frozen one. Fries looks like it was eaten before and of course- cold. Never ordering from them again."

"Not sure why all the negative reviews. I've ordered from this domino consistently for over 10 years and it's.... Dominos. Cheap za that gets delivered quick. Maybe try tipping or not putting in orders 10 minutes before close?"

"Estimated delivery time was 35 minutes. to take over an hour and half an hour, less than 1 mile. both pizzas had the wrong sauce, and they sent zimtsticks instead of broth sticks. called pizza hütte customer service and they said they would refund the order and that the branch leaders would contact me within 3 factory days. no call or email. no refund. filed a complaint online after a week. reply was that I would be contacted by the branch line. another week is over and no refund or contact from the filiale guide. sad excuse for a device. avoid them at all costs."

"We traveled over an hour, stopped at the MOA just to go to the Villa for Lunch out of all the choices because we really like the food it is the best pizza and bread sticks. The line was short, a lot of workers behind counter yet the service was very unprofessional, they were short tempered and rude, put all the food order layered on one tray instead of using another tray refused to give a to go bag with order for leftovers. Then when order was rang up the meals were charged wrong and the help refused to go over the bill and explain why the meals were charged at the higher rate and the side orders to go were added as the meals instead of the salads. It was not acceptable and he just walked away. We would like to be repeat customers for the food but not if the service is going to continue like that."
