"The concept is fairly straightforward. You either mix a plate full of veggies and have them stir fried on a plancha or you load up your skewer yourself then placing the skewer above the coal and let it cook away word of the wise: think about what you put on your skewer, as the cooking time isn’t always the same . Can highly recommended it, if you need a place to go with friends, co workers, family for a low brow meal."
