"My arms had no taste. the rams of my wife are super salty. the gyoza had a good texture, but there was also no taste. each bite and sip was either tasteless or salty. even worse, the aftertaste was terrible. my cup was metal and had chips and rust on as well as several dings swimming in it. I wouldn't live this place at all."

"Edited to add after the business owner left a reply below: I've never had a floral taste from other matcha drinks from other teapressos. I didn't order it today either. I ordered it a couple days ago. I didn't have time to post it the same day so I'm leaving the review now. Still upset over the flavor nonetheless Pretty disappointed. I ordered the haupia matcha milk tea boba. It had a very strong floral flavor. I think someone used green tea instead of matcha. The green tea is what they use in the fruit tea drinks and some milk teas. Matcha is very different. No items in my drink should've had a floral taste to it. I got it delivered so I couldn't ask them to remake it. Normally, if you don't like your drink for any reason they'll remake it for you. I usually love all their drinks, so it was a real bummer. I've been a long time customer to other locations and been 100% satisfied so don't let this review discourage you from going! This was an off day for them."

"I came by on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn't too packed and there's lots of available parking near the shop. The baristas were helpful and service was quick. I ordered a brown sugar boba with fresh milk as it looked like one of their more popular drinks! The milk was good although I would've like it to be a little creamier and it'd be nice to have more dairy free milk options as well (they only had coconut milk as another option available that day). The brown sugar was rich and had a nice caramelization. I thought the boba was too hard on the inside and soft on the outside. Overall, not bad!"
