"The Amber is a great bang for the Buck. Remember that this is an old time Poconos type place, perhaps the last of it is friendly that the food is good and not expensive and the drinks at the bar are reasonable. I guess it's got quirks and it can turn off a few. Chicken cheese steak is very good and double check orders to go as sometimes they get mixed."

I spent about $32.00 for lunch (I got there after 3 PM so I missed their discounted lunch specials), got a few appetizers, a couple of small dishes and some wonton soup. "Update: since we can't add an additional review, we're updating the old one. Ordered 2 heroes for a party. Absolutely disgusting and cheap. Asked for oil and vinegar on an Italian hero. We got some mix of spices which included oregano so the entire hero tasted like a pizza. Is there any training whatsoever in this store? Hardly any meat on it and the lettuce and tomato were separate? There's not many choices around here but this one definitely is off our list. Expensive"
