"We arrived with friends and were met by two waitresses who greeted us in a most friendly manner and showed us to our table on a charming terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. We had previously ordered lobster (which was not on the menu) as we...were celebrating, and on enquiring how this would be prepared, the waitress informed us this would be the chef’s surprise. From starter to dessert the meal was a delectable surprise. All four of us were delighted with every course and were happy to tell the very talented chef on his visit to our table of our pleasure in the dishes he had prepared. This is certainly a gem and to be recommended, and it surely cannot be long before they are recognised by the award of a Michelin star."
