"By far, the finest food in Italy. The restaurant is located in a lush green area in San Polo di Enza. We were staying in MIlan and took a nice drive to Mamma Rosa's Restaurant. The Restaurant is in a beautiful easy to find location surrounded by trees, Inside is lovely, elegant, and a very romantic setting. We were greeted warmly, and the service was superb, really the finest I personally have ever experienced., With the fabulous chef, Antonio coming out to greet us. So friendly and nice! The food, is out of this world. I was in a group of seven, and I think we tasted most everything on the menu, ordering several dishes each! Rare Beautiful dishes, I never knew existed, and have not seen since. The seafood tasted like it had been caught moments before, it was so fresh. You will taste delicacies that you will not forget. The squid, octopus, risotto etc etc were all fabulous. Everything from the sea you can even imagine! The desert. OMG, delicious. With a wide range of seafood on the menu, you will be in heaven and you will wish your stomach was ten times it size...to try everything. If you are in Italy, it is worth the trip to Mamma Rosa Ristorante. I cant wait to return, and it is a short drive to many of the more well known tourist cities."
