"I had a coupon on my app for a free beverage or bakery item for my Birthday, so I stopped by to redeem it. The drive-thru line was a mile long, so my son and I decided to go inside. There was no line at the counter which was great! I got a venti Sugar Cookie Latte which is one of their holiday offerings for this year.My husband and son both got venti Mocha mint Frappuccino's. There were quite a few people at the tables, and about 4 or 5 employees. The cashier was friendly. The counters were dirty, and unstocked, and the vacant tables were also dirty.I went out to the car to wait, as I was feeling unwell, and my son waited for our order.We waited... and waited... and waited. Apparently the majority of the people at the tables were all waiting on orders. We had an appointment to service our car, and we were going to be late.Finally we got our beverages. I have had the Sugar cookie several times both hot, and cold. This one was weak and watery with hardly any flavor at all.They have now started wrapping their lemon loaf in cellophane, which I like. It's a hit or miss situation with Starbucks depending on the location. This one was a miss."
