"Had a late lunch here in the restaurant on the recommendation of a relative. The view is fantastic, looking out over the beach, and the restaurant layout is very pleasant. Got there before the dining area was too busy so service was attentive without being pushy. Ordered the King George Whiting (grilled) and was very happy indeed with the meal...quality example of the best of South Australian sea food. The wine and beer list is good, though was a tad disappointed by the wine appearing as the meal was almost finished. A bit pricey but you only live once. Would return no worries."

"We were looking for a simple chicken, salad & chips take away for dinner. Went to The Chicken Run in Pt Elliot. It was packed with people and things were pumping. Orders were been taken and numbers were being called out. Our order, No 52 was called, we collected and left.The chicken cut into eights was beautifully cooked, the chips were hot, large & crisp. The Greek Salad was excellent. It was no mass produced salad but was clearly prepared with fresh produce & was carefully balanced.It wasn't hard to see why this place was so busy. Thanks heaps."
