"Je suis aller dans ce resto pour manger, un dimanche à midi, un menu de "chasse". En entrée j'ai pris un carpaccio de cerf, qui était bon, mais la portion pas très grande. Ensuite un trio de viande comprenant une petite pièce de chaque, de médaillon de cheveuil, de filet de marcassin et d'entrecôte de cerf. Le médaillon de chevreuil était le plus tendre et goûteux des 3. Il est possible d'avoir ces trois viandes séparément. Les spetzlis servis en accompagnement étaient excellents, beaucoup moins secs, que ceux que j'ai l'habitude de manger dans d'autres restaurants. Le choux rouge, avait lui, par contre, un goût de bouillon industriel. Le choix de vin "au verre"est intéressant et d'un prix raisonnable.La serveuse est un peu sèche et n'est pas agréable avec tous les clients.Restaurant agréable dans l'ensemble, d'un bon niveau, sans être excellent."
