"The spot is literally a grab n go. I got a little prison vibes from the ambiance bit The folks here couldn't be any nicer, POC's and family owned. The good: the customer service is on point! I ordered the prawns which were super freaks and large. The bad: They used bisquick batter . I was not a fan and there was a lack of that southern seasoning and crunch I was looking for. The ugly: the neighborhood isn't the best, literally a huge memorial set up for the business owner at the Filipino restaurant across the street. It was sad to see."

"Only the freshest seafood here at affordable prices. It all depends on what you want and how you're going to prepare it. The lobsters were a great deal. As for the oysters, I've only had the pleasure of getting Pacific oysters. The pacific oysters are huge and have plenty of meat. However, I prefer to cook these on the grill. When I'm feeling extra fancy and want to eat oysters raw off the half shell with some Tabasco sauce and lemon, my go-to is the Sumo Kumo. The Sumos are the most expensive and the Pacific oysters are the most affordable. Can't go wrong here. Do not go here on holidays because the line wraps around the perimeter of the property. "I got the 333 combo with three fried oysters, three fried shrimp, and three pieces of fried catfish. Everything was cooked PERFECTLY! Moist and tender meat with a crispy crust. Absolutely classic. The combo was a lot of food! It came with Louisiana style hot sauce, tartar sauce, and ketchup, as well as plenty of fries. Service was cheerful and very friendly. There isn't any seating, so it's really take-out only. The one minor criticism I have is that the fries were pretty mediocre, but they really aren't the main attraction here anyway."

"I hosted a birthday party for my Mom last Saturday for her 85th Birthday. It was such a great experience. We used the Port of Oakland Room for 30 people, it was very nice and intimate. We all love the room, the food was delicious and we received top notch service. Thank you for the servers (sorry I didn’t get their names). Our main server was so pleasant and made my family and friends comfortable. They surprised my Mom with a flower and a beautiful dessert creation and gave me a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon as a thank you for hosting a party there. Thank you Nadia (catering manager) for organizing everything and for keeping up with my busy schedule. I can’t thank you enough for making my Mom’s birthday special"

"I pass thise place a few nights a week, but have not seen a crowd of more than five customers at one time, now i know why. I decided to patronize Cajun Queen, noticed the prices are sort of high for what was offered on the menu. It was two guys working this night, the one behind the counter did not greet me, or have any dialogue when i asked about the food, it seems as though he was irritated about something. The other guy was more personal and courteous. I ordered the oysters with a side of dirty rice, nice juicy oysters but the rice was dry. It wasn't worth $15.00. and i will not be going back."
